How it works
The English-to-slang side uses a simple table of word and phrase swaps; the brainrot slider decides how many swaps are used, from a light sprinkle (level 1) to full brainrot (level 3). The slang-to-English side looks for words from our slang dictionary and explains each one with a link to its full page.
Good to know
- It is a rule-based tool. It does not understand context, so some results will be silly. That is part of the fun.
- Some slang words are also ordinary words (like “ate” or “bet”), so those are shown as “maybe slang”.
- No AI is used, and nothing you type leaves your browser.
- Slang changes fast. Meanings were last reviewed in October 2026.
